MiraCosta College, a public community college with campuses in Oceanside and Cardiff, serves more than 14,000 credit students and 4,000 noncredit students yearly. MiraCosta provides quality instruction and support services, allowing students to pursue and achieve their educational goals.
MiraCosta offers hundreds of credit courses in more than 70 areas of study. Students attending MiraCosta transfer to public and private four-year universities around the nation. Others come to get the job skills they need to excel in their careers.
MiraCosta also has a thriving Community Learning Center (CLC) in Oceanside, where students participate in tuition-free classes, including personal enrichment, citizenship, English as a second language and adult high school classes. The CLC is also home to the Small Business Development Center, which has helped hundreds of local businesses realize and sustain success. MiraCosta’s Community Services Program offers specialized fee-based classes in hundreds of subjects.
MiraCosta is a community college in a class of its own. Students rave about their professors and the personal attention they receive. The Oceanside Campus offers ocean and mountain views, while the San Elijo Campus in Cardiff boasts views of the lagoon, and the college has one of the highest transfer rates in the county.

Our conference center is approx 2 miles from the campus. We would love to develop a relationship with their hospitality department in order for their students to experience working in the industry. If someone at the college would like to explore this further, please contact me at jchapon@qln.com
